novedad es que se puede dropar fuera con penalidad de 2 golpes.

19.3: RELIEF OPTIONS FOR BALL UNPLAYABLE IN BUNKER
A player
decides that his or her ball in a bunker is unplayable. The player has four
options: (1) For one penalty stroke, the player may take stroke-and-distance
relief. (2) For one penalty stroke, the player may take back-on-the-line relief
in the bunker. (3) For one penalty stroke, the player may take lateral relief in
the bunker. (4) For a total of two penalty strokes, the player may take back-on-the-line
relief outside the bunker based on a reference line going straight back from the
hole through the spot of the original ball.

A ball is out of bounds
only when all of it is outside the boundary edge of the course. The diagrams
provide examples of when a ball is in bounds and out of bounds.
REGLA 28. BOLA INJUGABLE. El jugador es el único juez para declarar su bola como injugable, siempre con penalización de 1 golpe.
REGLA 26-1. BOLA QUE CAE en AREA de PENALIZACIÓN AMARILLA (ANTES OBSTÁCULO DE AGUA).- Puede tener agua o nó. Tiene que saberse o ser ¨practicamente cierto¨ que la bola cayó en ese area, si nó es bola perdida. El alivio cuesta 1 golpe.

When it is known or virtually certain that a ball is in a yellow penalty area and the player wishes to take relief, the player has two options, each for one penalty stroke: (1) The player may take stroke-and-distance relief by playing the original ball or another ball from a relief area based on where the previous stroke was made (see Rule 14.6 and Diagram 14.6).
